Victor was born in Hong Kong and graduated with an honours degree in Accounting, Finance & Economics from the University of Essex in 1991. He trained with KPMG, specialising in the audit of the financial services and fiduciary sector and qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1995 before joining a local trust company in 1997 and was appointed as a Director in 2001.

Victor joined Seymour Trust in January 2010 as Trust Director, and is responsible for the client administration and development of Asian Market, specialising in wealth management and estate planning for Chinese Corporate and High Net Worth individuals.

Victor is one of the few Cantonese and Mandarin spoken professionals in Jersey and has been actively assisting Jersey Finance to promote the jurisdiction of Jersey to Hong Kong & China. He incorporated the 1st Jersey Company with a Chinese Name in January 2006.

Victor is married with two children. His hobbies include badminton, table tennis and football.
