Natalie Sullivan


Natalie is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey and has been practising commercial law in the Island since 1995. Her focus includes investment funds and she has acted for a wide range of funds and fund managers, investors and service providers with diverse fund structures and strategies, including private equity and venture capital funds, real estate funds and hedge funds. She also sits as non-executive director on a number of fund and investment structures. Natalie has also acted on a number of high-profile offshore transactions including corporate, trusts, securities, banking, IPOs and regulatory.
 
Natalie was managing partner of the Jersey office of Maples and Calder from 2004-2008 and previously worked with Ogier and Appleby, all of which are leading multi-jurisdictional offshore law firms and administration businesses. Chambers Directory described Natalie as offering "extremely high levels of technical competence, promptness of response and commercial advise."
 
Natalie is a loyal Jerseywoman and sits on the Jersey Environment Forum (including the Environmental Taxes Sub-Committee).
