Dag was born and educated in Sandefjord, Norway and moved to Jersey in 1995. He commenced his career in the finance industry in Jersey in 1998 and completed an MBA for Wealth Managers, Fiduciaries and Trustees through The University of Manchester in June 2007.

 

Dag has gained a wealth of expertise in administering large structures for private clients including family offices for high-net worth individuals whose portfolios have included real estate, quoted/unquoted investments and other chattels. He has been involved in the implementation of complex tax planning strategies and the restructuring of offshore/onshore structures to best suit client needs.

 

Dag is a Senior Manager with Seymour Trust and is responsible for the administration of a variety of entities established for high-net worth private clients in numerous jurisdictions. As well as his MBA he is also STEP qualified and fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.

 

When not working, Dag can be seen in the waters around the Island of Jersey and he is a keen kite-surfer.
